Now in its 22nd year, the Communiqué Awards continued to take a more digital focused approach. This year saw a few sponsorship opportunities taken up; with the return of the popular Casino, the networking area, the photo booths and table selfie sticks and after last year's success, the Pick n Mix tricycle! We also had a sponsored disco post-awards!
The adverts go into the monthly Pharmaceutical Market Europe (PME), it is published in both print and digital and is written by experienced journalists and high-profile pharma and healthcare experts. We run the adverts from announcing the launch to open for entries and booking tickets - these campaigns are also reflected on digital platforms such as Twitter and Linkedin.
Since 2017 I have worked with the events team to drive the social media campaigns, which prove popular year on year.

I work with the in-house production team and the client to ensure their branding is meeting expectations. We have pop up banners around the Casino area, as well as all the attendees at the awards getting their own £100 to play with!
The selfie sticks on the tables for the guests are always popular, and again I work with the in-house production team and the client to ensure their branding is meeting expectations.
This year we introduced highly commended mini trophies to give out on the night, which went down incredibly well with those that were lucky enough to receive them! The finalists still got their certificates in the post after the awards.
We continued with our on the night live tweeting and we had the winners graphics that always prove popular and receive a lot of engagement. It is always a pleasure to see those winners, highly commended and finalists taking to social media.
