Medical & Scientific Excellence Awards
PharmaTimes Media launched a new competition in 2018. It works similar to their current ones. This one highlighting this important area of work within the pharmaceutical industry, the awards are designed to recognise the outstanding achievements of medical and scientific professionals.
I created some of the website graphics - each competition had it's own branding identity. It keeps its core colour but the image changes every year to keep it fresh.
For this competition, the judging day was on the same day as the event. The judging day required various materials, for example pop up banners, judges book covers, room signage and place cards.
The programme on the night lists the finalists, and each sponsor gets an advert.
As the judging and the event was on the same day, the team worked together to communicate the results quickly and efficiently so that I could create the winner and highly commended certificates to be presented on the night. This required a lot of accuracy, and I was also creating the AV presentation so I was updating the results as they came in. I created this in Keynote and taught myself.
Other event materials were the E-ticket send out before the event, pop ups, menu cards, table plans and graphics to go on the screens around the hotel in the reception area.
